Depleted energy

I'm tired because of so many reasons. I just want to sit and stare blankly into space.

Routines and changes. I need a change of pace and there are changes I don't want to undergo. There are changes that have been done which I wish could be undone and there are routines I want to break free from.

How could I break free but at the same time still stand rooted into the place I'm standing on?

Two ends of extremes.

  3. We all do get burnt out every now and then. You probably just need to unplug, that's what friend would usually tell me if I start complaining about getting tired and restless-no phones, no tv, no internet or go somewhere else..... Take time to stop and re-evaluate yourself and life and count the many whys why y ou do the things that you currently do :D :D :D

  4. I know exactly what you mean. Just let it flow through you, these feelings pass. Or... start doing things differently, or make some big changes.
