Gym quickie 07-12-2015

Quick update. Around 2.5 yrs of lifting. Slow progress. Ugh. Pero ok na. Will post a back muscles and leg muscles progress soon.

  3. I could've been you. Kaso, the urge of getting more sleep and eating all kinds of shit is more powerful than the need to be fit and healthy. Kaya eto, bad trip lang sa sarili habang tinitingnan photo mo. hahahaha!
